Services: “Post Processing House” will edit photos in accordance with the instructions provided by the client and deliver the final product exclusively through an online file transfer service.

Payment: Payments for the editing services will be made on a monthly basis, however, the final edited photos will be delivered to the client before payment is due. This arrangement is based on trust principles.

Revision Policy: If the client is not satisfied with the initial editing, “Post Processing House” will revise the photos as needed until the client is satisfied with the results, at no additional charge.

Delivery of Final Product: The final edited photos will be delivered to the client through an online file transfer service.

Ownership: The client retains ownership of the original photos and grants “Post Processing House” the right to use the edited photos for self-promotion on the company’s website and social media.

Warranties and Representations: “Post Processing House” warrants that the editing services will be performed in a professional and competent manner. The client represents and warrants that they have the right to use and license the original photos.

Limitation of Liability: “Post Processing House” will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the editing services or the delivery of the final product.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and “Post Processing House” and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.
